Client:
Window Bubble provides custom window well covers that are well-built, beautiful, lightweight, and great for securing unsafe window wells. Each window well cover they manufacture is custom made to fit the correct dimension and nature of a specific window well.

Challenge:
Window Bubble caters to a very specific market, one that doesn’t compete with Home Depot or large home improvement stores. Additionally, the products offered aren’t “one size fits all”. Boomtown needed to determine how to direct potential customers in search of their sophisticated custom products to the Window Bubble website.

Solution:
Although no website design was necessary for Window Bubble, Boomtown researched all the different ways customers search for their products, and worked to get them first place rankings on Google in their specific market for almost all major keywords.

After working with Window Bubble to understand their goals:

  • We automated their whole back end ordering system because of custom measuring involved, and strategized with Window Bubble to redo their quoting system.
  • We helped them increase their email list.
  • We take care of regular web maintenance issues.
  • We develop seasonal marketing strategies.
  • We run Pay Per Click campaigns focused on geo targeting different areas when its flooding, snowing, and winter—peak times.

Once Window Bubble rankings improved, our client started to get hundreds of daily emails about custom window well cover products. He began to get backlogged, unable to answer the volume of questions and respond to all inquiries. Boomtown came up with a solution—all Window Bubble needed for customers to complete a request was the window well dimension and type; Boomtown helped Window Bubble estimate and calculate costs by writing a new program. Window Bubble was then able to calculate price for clients, save time, and get all the information from customers he needed to move forward with an order.

As of October 2010, Window Bubble Ranks #1 on Google for 18 out of 25 keywords.
